During the second quarter of 2023, the top Tools apps on the Android platform in Belgium exhibited diverse trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

QR & Barcode Scanner from Gamma Play saw fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at 8.4K in early May and then stabilizing around 6.8K by the end of June. The app maintained a robust base of active users, consistently hovering around the 86K to 89K range throughout the quarter.

Samsung Smart Switch Mobile, developed by Samsung Electronics, experienced a steady rise in weekly downloads, reaching a peak of 8.3K in late June. Active users also showed a positive trend, increasing from approximately 19.7K at the start of April to about 23.5K by the end of June.

Proximus+ displayed notable growth in weekly downloads, with a significant spike to 8.1K in mid-June before settling back to around 5K towards the end of the quarter. The app's active user base remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 127K and 140K.
